Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched for delivery. Once an order is processed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

2. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

Due to personal hygiene and health safety standards for cosmetic and body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or used products.

We accept returns or replacement requests only for the following conditions:

• Defective, damaged, or broken packaging upon arrival.
• Incorrect item delivered (wrong scent, wrong quantity).
• Missing items from your order bundle.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your order meets the return eligibility above, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel:

1. Take clear photos/videos showing the damaged/incorrect product and parcel shipping label.
2. Email our support team at support@dahhin.com or WhatsApp our Customer Care line with your Order ID.
3. Our team will inspect your request within 24-48 business hours and guide you on the return process or issue a direct replacement.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (FPX online banking, credit/debit card, or e-wallet) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank processing time.
